Estudantes universitários que tem professores que não trabalham na área, não escrevem artigos, não tem livros editados, não tem projeto elaborado ou em elaboração na área de sua competência, deve ser objeto de avaliação pelos decentes, pois os indecentes não tem esse interesse.
Entendo que a qualidade do ensino superior deverá começar pelo cliente, pois ele representa o objeto do planejamento da instituição de ensino, que por sua vez, deverá pensar em sua sustentabilidade e continuidade, se desejar permanecer nessa atividade por um período.
Estamos cientes das variáveis inseridas nesse contexto, mas sua verdade é indiscutível.
A sociedade exige um profissional capacitado e qualificado para o exercício de qualquer profissão, e se qualquer variável impactar esse princípio deverá ser trabalhado incansavelmente.
Talvez seja por isso que exista a palavra alienação, parceria, e demais.
Empresas e similares que precisam desses profissionais estão atentos a sua seletividade e exigem essa postura, pois a concorrência hoje é globalizada e não haverá nenhum sentimentalismo patético nessa escolha, creia, só interessa o que você pode agregar de valor a sociedade.
As oportunidades que se avizinham só resultarão em positividade se tivermos a base necessária para sua plenitude, pois devemos entender que recurso é uma palavra verdadeiramente racional.
O momento oportuno se apresenta satisfatoriamente, mas temo pela escolha influenciada pela nossa pífia qualidade educacional, podemos ser heróis ou vítimas, é uma opção.
Devemos nos lembrar, que os recursos de marketing, representam pirotecnia que pode influenciar a massa jurássica.
Lamento que alguns não alcancem esse entendimento, mas paciência o sistema também deve ser alimentado por néscios de plantão.
